The X1 coffee machine features a simple, captivating design characterized by its central thermometer and metal switches.

It's a timeless design, going against trends, that evokes certain details from the dashboard of the Fiat 500.

The X1 also aims to bring back the gestures and hands-on experience of the past, replacing buttons with levers and knobs.

The combination of indicator lights with the pressure gauge is designed to engage the user, making them an active participant in the interaction with the object and its function.

The X1 seeks to stand in contrast and comparison with contemporary design trends. The simplicity of its lines, along with its round and elegant shapes, evoke the Italian design of the 1960s and 1970s, but they linger only as a vague memory of those years rather than as a reinterpretation of a specific historical period.
